Dell we still have problems!

Dell, we still have problems.

Yes, I installed the latest A04 ROM and I have suffered from the SD Card disappearing issue, the fast battery drain (the battery gets very hot) and the no responding Power On button (soft reset needed to turn on the machine). So Dell, you still have not fixed any of these issues in this ROM.

I have the same problems. Dell, this is my first PPC from you and just might be my last. Please address these issues. Thank you.

I can't hide that I'm very disappointed with this my first Dell Experience. But... the rest of WM5 devices are not better than us ;) They are suffering from almost the same problems.

I would just like to make it clear that I'm not just down on Dell. Software sources are also to blame.

Microsoft has to step up to the plate! Why such buggy software?

Strangely enough after A04 I've got no problems with ActiveSync, battery life or CF/SD disappearance. I'm happy but I'm still wondering what I did right.

The only thing I'm waiting for is Bluetooth OBEX support.

Im a palm user that recently switch to Pocket PC. X51v is my 1st PPC. I would say x51v is the cheapest and have a decent speed, power & design.

I recently upgraded my rom to A04. Since then, I dont have any problem with my Sync, battery life, BT gps and Wi-fi con.

I'm very glad that other's problems have been fixed by the latest update.

Mine have not and I'm sure, I'm not the only one. I also upgraded to A04 or downgraded as I see it. I now have many problems with the white screen of death.

Glad some our happy with thier systems. I just hope I can become one of the happy customers.
